IDonME Instructions

1. Fill out the information insert.  Use a PERMANENT INK pen (fine point).  Print names of adult family members or friends and physician(s), include all phone numbers:  home, office, cell, etc.  List ALL medical conditions, medications, allergies, and any special needs.  If necessary, write on back side of Insert.
2. Fold insert into a single row
3. Pull latch on compartment and lid snaps open.  Fold single row insert “accordion style” so that it fits into the compartment.  Place in compartment and snap lid closed.
4. Adjust band to fit wrist accordingly.
